The Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited is a body that provides a platform for consumers to voice their complaints and seek redressal of their grievances related to electricity supply and services.
The CGRF is established under the Electricity Act, 2003 and the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006. The CGRF consists of a Chairperson and two Members, one of whom is a representative of the consumers.
If you are a consumer of MSEDCL and you have a grievance that is not resolved by the Internal Grievance Redressal (IGR) Cell of MSEDCL within the stipulated time, you can approach the CGRF of your zone and file a grievance for redressal of your grievance.
You can use the Schedule A form to submit your application. You have to provide the details of your grievance, the relief sought, and the documents supporting your claim. You can also nominate a representative to appear and make submissions on your behalf before the CGRF. The CGRF will hear your case and pass an order within 60 days of receiving your application.

You can visit the above link to open the MSEDCL page for filing your electricity complaint to the Customer Care Center, Sub-Divisional Offices, or submitting an online complaint. You can also escalate your complaint to the IGR Cell at level 2 and the CGRF Forum at level 3.
