Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Limited (ABIBL), a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital is a leading insurance broker company, licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). ABIBL provides integrated insurance broking and advisory services to individuals and businesses, covering various insurance products and plans. Other subsidiaries of AB Capital are Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited and Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd.

Resolve issues related to these insurance policies and products of ABIBL:

  • Motor Insurance: For your car, bike, or commercial vehicle, covering damages due to accidents, theft, fire, natural calamities, and third-party liability.
  • Travel Insurance: For medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, passport loss, personal liability, and more. These are domestic travel insurance, international travel insurance, student travel insurance, or senior citizen travel insurance.
  • Property Insurance: To protect from risks like fire, earthquake, flood, burglary, and terrorism with property insurance. Insures home, office, shop, factory, warehouse, or any other immovable property.

You can also visit the nearest local branch to submit a written complaint to the Branch Manager.

Required details to submit your complaint:

  • Aditya Birla Insurance Policy Number
  • Contact details (Avoid disclosing personal or sensitive financial information)
  • Description of the matter at hand, covering aspects related to the insurance policy, claims, or any other concerns.
  • Any document (if submitted online)

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a reference/ticket number to track the status of your complaint.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate the ticket to the level 2 official.

Level 4: Insurance Ombudsman, IRDAI

As per the Insurance Ombudsman Rules of 2023, if the complaints or any disputes related to insurance, claims, surrender plans, or policy fees/premiums are not resolved within 30 days to your satisfaction, complain to Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Limited to the Insurance Ombudsman.
