User Agreement

By using Complaint Hub, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Community Guidelines as a legally binding contract between you and Complaint Hub.

Enforcing Community Guidelines

We reserve the right to employ measures such as issuing warnings, temporary account suspensions, or permanent account terminations for those who infringe upon these guidelines.

To make this a safe and positive space for everyone, we have some rules and recommendations that you need to follow. Please read them carefully and respect them at all times.

  • Be respectful: Treat others with kindness and courtesy. Do not post or send anything that is abusive, hateful, harassing, deepfake, threatening, discriminatory, or harmful to anyone. Do not use profanity or offensive language. Do not impersonate or misrepresent yourself or others. Respect the diversity and opinions of other members, even if you disagree with them.
  • Be relevant: Stay on topic and post or send content that is related to the purpose of Complaint Hub. Do not spam or flood the platform with irrelevant, fake, or repetitive content. Do not post or send anything that is illegal, fraudulent, deepfake, deceptive, or misleading. Do not promote or advertise any products or services that are not related to Complaint Hub without our permission.
  • Be responsible: You are solely responsible for the content you post or send on Complaint Hub. You must have the rights and permissions to use any content that you do not own or create yourself. You must follow the laws and regulations of your country and respect the laws and regulations of other countries where Complaint Hub is available. Do not post or send anything that infringes or violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
  • Be safe: Protect your personal information and do not share it with anyone you do not know or trust. Do not post or send anything that contains personal or sensitive information of others without their consent. Do not post or send anything that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful software or code. Do not engage in any illegal or dangerous activities on Complaint Hub.

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, remove, or block any content or user that violates these community guidelines at our sole discretion. We may also take legal action if necessary. We may update these community guidelines from time to time without notice. By using Complaint Hub, you agree to abide by these community guidelines and our terms of service.

If you see any content or user that violates these community guidelines, please report it to us immediately using the report feature on Complaint Hub website and app. You can also contact us, if you have any questions or feedback.

Detecting Violations

Our community is our eyes and ears in detecting violations of these guidelines. Should you encounter content or behavior that contravenes these guidelines, we urge you to report it promptly using the reporting features available on our platform. Our dedicated moderation team will thoroughly investigate and take appropriate action.

Allowing EDSA Content

While we strongly advocate for freedom of expression, certain restrictions are essential to ensure that the content shared on Complaint Hub remains appropriate and legal. This includes content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, violence, harassment, or any form of illegal activity, as well as copyright and trademark infringement.

Taking Action on Violations

In response to guideline violations, we may take various actions tailored to the gravity and recurrence of the transgression:

  • Warning: Users may receive a warning for a first-time, less severe violation.
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or more severe violations may lead to a temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent Termination: Extreme violations or persistent misconduct may result in the permanent termination of the user’s account.

Legal Acts, Laws, and Rules

In addition to our Community Guidelines, all users are expected to comply with the applicable legal acts, laws, and rules of their respective countries. This encompasses the legal frameworks of India, the United States, the European Union, and other significant countries in which our platform operates. Any violation of these laws may result in legal consequences for the user.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these guidelines shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or litigation in the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

Age Restrictions

You must be of legal age to use Complaint Hub as per the laws of your country or region. If you are under the legal age, you may only use the platform with parental or legal guardian consent.

Reporting Legal Violations

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complaint Hub website and app, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these community guidelines or your use of Complaint Hub.
  • You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these community guidelines, or your use of Complaint Hub shall be governed by the laws of the country where Complaint Hub is registered (the “India”), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the India for the resolution of any such dispute.
  • You agree that if any provision of these community guidelines is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • You agree that these community guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and Complaint Hub regarding your use of Complaint Hub and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals.
  • You agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by any third-party content or services that may be linked to or accessed from Complaint Hub. You acknowledge that we do not endorse or control such third-party content or services and that you use them at your own risk.
  • You agree that we may collect, use, store, disclose, and transfer your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. You consent to our use of cookies and other tracking technologies as described in our privacy policy.
  • You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your use of Complaint Hub and any other matters relating to our services. You consent to receive such communications by email, text message, push notification, or other means as we may choose.

Indemnification
