Reliance Jio, officially known as Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, a parent company of Reliance Industries Limited, is a telecommunications company. Jio provides various telecom services, such as 4G LTE, 5G and 4G+ network connectivity home broadband, Jio Airfiber, Wi-fi, and telephone services.

Despite its services, customers can report about these services:

I registered and paid full advance as demanded by Jio for a new Jio Fiber connection on 8th March 2025. I was told installation will be done within 3-4 days. Till date now nearly 2 weeks there is no sign of installation, Repeated phone calls to the local representative are unanswered. Complaint lodged with Jio Support team after much struggle to find the correct IDs. Response from Jio Care team has no relation to reality. First I was informed installation will be done on March 16th Sunday. No person came. Then I was informed "installation is on hold" as "extra wiring" is required. Without site visit how can "extra wiring" be assessed? Till date repeated calls to all Jio numbers are unanswered. This is EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE from such a reputed brand.

Poor network coverage in paimbachal sullia

Despite having multiple Jio sim users in our village, we face significant difficulties in making calls and accessing data services due to weak signal strength. Request for refund of payment

I raised a relocation request and paid INR 1000 however when the engineer visited on the location he mentioned that they do not have jio air fiber availability in the area (Dynamic Grandeur,E wing,Wadachiwadi road,Undri). Hi Team hope doing good, but from my end facing a very worst service experience from company like JIO brand. its more than 72 hrs now JIO have taken advance payment for installation of Jio fiber at my location, never expected this from jio that it takes 72 hrs for a company to install a device t someone location that also in center heart of city not in any rural area. its almost 72 hrs + now i have made payment to JIO executive for KYC but not a single tech team visited or called. good thing to hear that airtel team is ready for installation within 4 hrs. same location. so please either give me correct reason for non installation of my line or please do not use people funds this way. multiple reminders and calls to the helplines but no justified answer. waiting for next 2 hrs with resolution from team. or social escalation and TRI is my next step its not a matter of amount now its matter of customer rights and commitments from brand like JIO. Banglore 8th mail jio store employe shashikiran & jaswant asking extra money to duplicate sim and green card sim. Asking 500 rupees extra to green sim. Costemer care executives said duplicate sim 50 rupees only but 8th mail banglore jio store employe shashi kiran and jaswant asking 200 , 300 rupees to duplicate sim. what is this please take action. 8th mail jio store employe shashi kiran and jaswant looting jio customers money please help the customers

Dear Team, I am writing this mail after fed up with service. I applied the new Jio Air fiber connection, and assigned one Executive for installation. 1. Mr. Yashwant, I called him he picked the phone one time then after that no response. 2. Again assigned another Executive his name is Vinay and his no. he also did the same thing. Very poor service and support team, if this is happening before the connection then I am worried about after the activation. Even I escalate to Grievance team but solution. Currently I am using Airtel fiber wifi connection with Very Good support (CC team and field Executive) resently I shifted new location and very next day they tranfer and install my connection without any charge, problem, its realy hussle free service. My registered number for Jio Air Fiber.

Jio Airfiber worst service

I have applied for jio airfiber connection by paying an advance amount of ₹1000 through their web on 13/11/24. Till now they have not installed in the connection. Neither they are refunding my money back. On giving online complaints the give readymade reply without knowing the actual situation. Complaint to higher authority (appellate)also has the same readymade replies. On refering to grievance cell there is no response. Totally most worst grievance redressal system I have come accross.

Dear All, All to start this mail, This is worst ever service which I am currently facing. Have taken Jio Fibre Connection on 20th September 2024 and since then there are multiple times the same has been disconnected due to many reasons. On 23rd November 2024, when i started Your preferred Jio Fibre same was not getting connected neither Wifi also, Immediately I raised a call and as per your Valuable Service Engineer attended. He Investigate multiple scenario at after one Hour engineer told there is no technical fault, there is issue at back end. On same day at 5:18 PM, I called your prefeered call centre Nd after talking for 15 Minutes he told there is Billing issue and he raised the call which give expected resolution after 24 Hrs. Again I call at 7:00 PM at your call centre, and again I explained the whole issue but there was no positive response..I asked to transfer the call to your Seniors which they didn't picked up as usual. On 24th , a new engineer visited and checked and again confirmed there is no technical issue. The Call which was raised on 23 rd as billing issue, there is no resolution and call got closed. On 25th again New Engineer was assigned and he attended, but still there is no result Kindly share the escalation matrix. I know there will no response on this mail, but I write this mail to you all. Mistake in the recharge one year plan

Dear Sir/Madam, Good Day! Thank you for reading my email and for your service! I was trying to recharge my mobile number, under the customer name LOHITASYUDU GORLI. On 15/08/2024, I used the ICICI phone banking application to recharge the phone number with a one-year plan of 3599/-. When I recharged my phone number, I made a mistake. I recharged to the wrong number. I immediately called JIO customer care service and provided all the information. The reference number MR0001GLD127 from the JIO team is here. When I contacted customer care, I received the following message from them: ########### Dear MR. Lohitasyudu, I certainly understand your request regarding the recharge; we know the value of your hard-earned money. Please be informed that I understand your concern. However, once a recharge is successful, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another account. Please visit the MyJio application or www.jio.com and recharge the correct Jio number again with a plan of your choice. We appreciate your understanding and patience and look forward to your continued support. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@jio.com ############# I think this is a widespread mistake by all customers, and I would like to pay attention to this issue and file a compilation. My internet has been unstable for the past 1 month, and Jio has failed to fix it despite multiple complaints. Their technician says it will be resolved after Holi – seriously? Should customers suffer due to Jio’s inefficiency? I am losing time & business because of this negligence. Fix this NOW, or I escalate to TRAI & consumer forums!I registered and paid full advance as demanded by Jio for a new Jio Fiber connection on 8th March 2025. I was told installation will be done within 3-4 days. Till date now nearly 2 weeks there is no sign of installation, Repeated phone calls to the local representative are unanswered. Complaint lodged with Jio Support team after much struggle to find the correct IDs. Response from Jio Care team has no relation to reality. First I was informed installation will be done on March 16th Sunday. No person came. Then I was informed "installation is on hold" as "extra wiring" is required. Without site visit how can "extra wiring" be assessed? Till date repeated calls to all Jio numbers are unanswered.
