Byju’s is an Indian ed-tech brand, owned by the Think and Learn Private Limited company that offers online learning programs for students from classes 1 to 12, as well as for competitive exams such as NEET, UPSC CSE, IITJEE, NDA, and other government recruitment exams. Founded in 2011, Byju’s is headquartered in Bangalore.

However, Byju’s has also faced several issues and complaints from its customers and students, such as:

  • Misleading advertisements and claims about its products and services
  • Unethical sales practices and pressure tactics to sell its courses
  • Difficulty in getting refunds and cancellations
  • Poor quality of content and delivery
  • Lack of transparency and accountability

If you are a customer or a student of Byju’s and have any queries, feedback, or issues, you can follow these steps to register a complaint for a resolution.

Level 1:  Customer Service, Byju’s

According to the customer service policy defined by the company, customers or students can raise their concerns or complain to the design officials or customer service team through a helpline number, email, or online complaint form. These are some available methods of communication.

For an online complaint, visit the official Customer Center page of Byju’s and fill out the form with your details and your query. You will be assigned a ticket number and you can expect a response within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the response or the resolution of the support team, you can escalate your complaint to the senior representative of the Byju’s at regional offices with your ticket/reference number of previous complaints and your concern.

Level 2:  Grievance Redressal Officer, Byju’s

If you are still not satisfied with the resolution from any appointed officials of Byjus, you can raise your grievance to the Grievance Redressal Officer of Byju’s by writing an email to grievance.redressal@byjus.com.

You will receive a resolution within 15 days as per the India EdTech Consortium (IEC) guidelines.

If you are not happy with the resolution provided by Byju’s, you can also approach the regulatory and consumer authorities for further action. Some of the authorities that you can contact are:
