Complaint Hub App
- Download the “Complaint Hub” app from Google Play Store.
- Open the app from your mobile.
- Click “Sign Up” (If don’t have an account).
- Choose “Google” to register with your google account.
- Select “Email” to register with your email.
- Click “+” button in bottom navigation to ask your question or get help.
Mobile
- Visit the “Complaint Hub Citizen Community (citizen.complainthub.org)” website on your mobile browser.
- From the top menu, click “Login” button.
- In the login pop-up, click “Sign Up” option from bottom.
- Register yourself with your email or with third party authentication.
- You can use your Google, GitHub, or X account for registration.
- After Successful registration, click “Ask a Question” button to post your question.
Desktop
- Visit the “Complaint Hub Citizen Community (citizen.complainthub.org)” website on a desktop browser.
- From the top menu, click “Sign Up” button.
- In the Sign-up pop-up, you can create your account.
- Register yourself with your email or with third party authentication.
- You can use your Google, GitHub, or X account for registration.
- After Successful registration, click “Ask a Question” button to post your question.
